Enjoy in process. Like to record life by camera

I was born in Qingdao, a beautiful city on the east coast of China; therefore, I like seafood and swimming. I have immigrated to New York City for almost 4 years, and I'm upper sophomore at SUNY Plattsburgh, majoring in biology. Actually, I'm still unsure about my future. I am good at math, and I’m planning to add a math minor.

Participating in the process is much more important than getting the results. I like cooking and traveling. I enjoy each step while I prepare food and seasonings. I am kind a of “slow rhythm” person. I’d like to cut vegetables and meat in pieces and make everything I need ready before put it into the pan. Also, I always watched the strategies online and make several schedules before I go somewhere. Actually for me, I do not have to follow the schedule I made. I just enjoy the process of preparing.

Time goes very fast. I have really bad memory; therefore, I usually use my phone and my camera to record the best smile of my friends and the beautiful view I saw. I’m afraid of forgetting these beautiful moments when I’m getting old.

Photos are a kind of testimony of my life. I saved a lots of pictures about my journey, and I like to leaf through some old pictures during boring times. These remind me how adorable moments I spent in the previous time. Otherwise, these become my motivation to become a better person.
