PSTV is a television station that is ran and operated by the students of Plattsburgh State University. I have been apart of PSTV for three semesters. I have recieved an award for being the best newcomer to PSTV in my first semester. The following semester i won the crew member of the year award. I have been the head of master control and have also helped edit most of the shows on PSTV.
Color Commentator
This year I was given the oppurtunity to become the color commentator for carinal Hockey. I have been doing that for quite a while now. Recently I announced the Primelink shootout tournament in middlebury vermont. This was a tournament involving some of the best DIII hockey teams in the nation.
New Level Media
I am a founder of my own production company. New Level Media is a company that me and some friends started, in order to get our name out there and at the same time create great works of art. We have shot a snowboarding movie as well as some music videos and are currently involved in shooting a documentary on the walk for cancer.
Knowledge
I have experience with most editing systems, including AVID, Final Cut, Pinnacle, and Vegas. I have been editing for about ten years now and have shot a few short films. I am looking to add a few more short films to my collection. Among my films was the great film, Santa's Cause. Which was released on the internet last christmas. I have been master control opporator for a live 30 minute newscast. I also have been the head of master control at PSTV. I have been talent for a live sports show, as well as producing and assistant producing a newscast and sports show. I have ample knowledge in most equiptment in the studio. I am skilled in lighting, studio work, audio, the switcher, distrubution and master control.
