All About ME

Walking down the streets of Soho toting bags from Juicy Couture, Marc Jacobs and that Medium brownbag from Bloomies while enjoying sushi after that work out is what I like to do. Yes I’m a shopaholic. I was born February 24 to Irma and Divine Butler. I am Puerto Rican and African American. I went to Millennium-TriBeca High School in Lower Manhattan where I concentrated in Biochemistry. I wanted to be a doctor but I changed my mind senior year as I was applying to college. I decided to attend Plattsburgh State University where I would major in Journalism.

While attending Plattsburgh I have participated in several of the student run productions such as PSTV, WQKE and APN the campus magazine. While working for PSTV I helped with two shows Open Eye and Sport Rap Live. On Open Eye I worked as the floor manager. I was in charge of relying information from the director to the talent, managing the studio and setting up equipment. While working for Sports Rap Live I was in charge of making the graphics.

While at PSU I took advantage of some of the programs offered. I studied aboard in Paris and I plan to study agriculture sustainability in Nicaragua in December 2010. After I graduate I would like to attend a graduate school in a warmer climate. I plan to work for a woman’s magazine like Essence.
